6. Do we share your data with third parties?

Aircargo.nl only shares your personal data with third parties insofar as it is necessary for the execution of our services or required by law. This includes:

Airlines and handling agents responsible for the actual transport
The Dutch Customs and other government authorities
Transport insurers and insurance intermediaries
IT service providers and software partners (as processors)

We enter into data processing agreements with processors that comply with the GDPR. We never sell your data to third parties.

7. Transfer outside the EU/EEA

In the context of international air freight services, it may be necessary to transfer personal data to parties outside the European Economic Area (EEA). This is done only based on appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
