Order Processing & Warehouse Support Associate

From our warehouse near Schiphol, we handle import and export shipments worldwide daily, ranging from perishables and aerospace to general air cargo. Behind every shipment is a tight process, and you play an important role in it. We are looking for a part-time colleague who thrives on structure, systems, and logistics processes.
What will you be doing?
- Process incoming goods in two different systems.
- Verify order and shipment data.
- Administratively handle bulk shipments.
- Identify discrepancies and special circumstances.
- Maintain contact with warehouse and planning colleagues.
- Support logistics processes where needed.
- Assist with everyday warehouse tasks.
What do you bring?
- Strong administrative skills.
- Comfortable working with computers and systems.
- Stay calm when it gets busy.
- Quickly switch between different tasks.
- Have an affinity for logistics or warehouse processes.
- Speak and read Dutch and English well.
- Available 20 to 24 hours per week.
- Experience in logistics is a plus, but motivation, responsibility, and accuracy matter more to us.
