Operations Agent Export
You ensure that export shipments and expectations arrive perfectly worldwide. Aircargo.nl is a young, ambitious, and fast-growing company in international air freight, with short communication lines, a lot of trust, and a strong team spirit. As an Operations Agent Export, you are the driving force behind a smooth and flawless export process, ensuring shipments depart on time and customers are always informed.
What will you be doing?
- Coordinate export shipments from start to finish, keeping an overview and handling every detail flawlessly.
- Make and follow up bookings with airlines and agents.
- Prepare and verify export documentation and customs formalities.
- Track & Trace shipments, promptly spotting deviations and proactively communicating with customers.
- Handle administrative tasks and invoicing.
- Support the AOG Desk (Aircraft on Ground), acting quickly when speed is crucial.
- Work closely with colleagues in an enthusiastic and dedicated team.
What do you bring with you?
- At least 2 years of experience in an export role within air freight.
- Familiar with export documentation, customs procedures, and regulations.
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Proactive, precise, and resilient under pressure.
- Works independently but also thrives on collaboration.
- Living near Aalsmeer is a plus.
