Aircargo.nl is a young and dynamic company, specialized in air freight and international logistics. We are constantly on the move and are looking for an enthusiastic, accurate and experienced colleague to expand our operational team.
As an Operations Agent, you are an essential link in the logistics process. You ensure that shipments reach their destination on time and correctly. Together with your colleagues, you ensure efficient handling of import and export shipments.
What are you going to do?
No day is the same at Aircargo.nl! Your work includes:
- Complete care of air freight shipments from A to Z
- Make bookings with airlines and agents to arrange transportation
- Track & Trace shipments and proactively communicate with customers about progress and any deviations
- Invoicing of the shipments.
What do we ask of you:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of customs legislation, procedures and documentation
- Problem-solving and proactive attitude
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English
- Flexible and independent, but also a real team player
- Willingness to continuously develop yourself within the logistics sector
- Living within a radius of 25 km from Aalsmeer

Requirements
- Experience in logistics is an advantage, but not required
- Good physical condition and willingness to perform physical work
- Accurate and stress-resistant
- Basic knowledge of logistics processes
- Mastery of the Dutch language in speech and writing
- Possession of a forklift certificate is a plus
