Operations Agent Import / Customer Service – Air Freight

As an Operations Agent Import / Customer Service, you ensure that import shipments run smoothly and that customers are always informed clearly and proactively. You are the connecting factor between operations and the customer.

What will you do?

• Coordinating import shipments from A to Z
• First point of contact for customers, by phone and email
• Coordinating with carriers, handlers, and internal colleagues
• Checking and preparing import documentation and customs formalities
• Proactively identifying deviations and delays
• Participating in the AOG Desk (Aircraft on Ground)

What we ask of you

• Experience in air freight (import and/or customer service)
• Basic knowledge of import documentation and customs processes
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
• Accurate, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant

Nice to have

• Experience with AOG shipments
• Experience with logistics systems
