Operations Agent Export – Air Freight
As an Operations Agent Export, you ensure that export shipments worldwide run smoothly and without errors. You maintain an overview, communicate clearly, and act quickly in a dynamic environment.
What will you do?
• Coordinating export shipments from A to Z
• Making and following up on bookings with airlines and agents
• Providing and checking export documentation and customs formalities
• Track & Trace of shipments and proactive customer communication
• Administrative handling and invoicing
• Participating in the AOG Desk
• Collaborating intensively with colleagues
What we ask of you
• At least 2 years of experience in an export role within air freight
• Knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English
• Proactive, accurate, and stress-resistant
• Independent, but also a team player
Nice to have
• Experience with AOG shipments
• Experience with logistics or customs systems
