Operations Agent Export – Air Freight
Do you have experience with export shipments in air freight? At Aircargo.nl, you ensure international shipments are executed flawlessly and on time, while staying in close contact with customers, airlines, and colleagues.
What will you do?
• Independently manage export shipments from A to Z
• Book shipments with airlines and agents
• Prepare and check export documentation and customs formalities
• Handle Track & Trace and proactively inform customers
• Take care of administration and invoicing
• Support the AOG Desk
• Work closely with colleagues in a motivated team
What we ask of you
• At least 2 years of experience in an export role within air freight
• Knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and regulations
• Strong communication skills (Dutch and English)
• Proactive, accurate, and stress-resistant
• Flexible, independent, and a true team player
• Living within 25 km of Aalsmeer
Nice-to-have
• Experience with AOG shipments
• Experience with customs systems and/or ER
