What will you do?
As a (Junior) Inside Sales & Pricing Employee, you are daily engaged in finding the best logistical solutions and building relationships. You do among other things:
- Developing logistical solutions, translating customer inquiries into smart air freight solutions.
- Requesting and comparing rates, choosing the best option for the customer.
- Creating and following up on quotes, quickly and clearly, nationally and internationally.
- Maintaining contact with customers and partners, by phone, email, and proactively.
- Keeping CRM updated and identifying opportunities, you maintain an overview and follow up on actions.
- Learning how to approach new customers, with guidance you grow in the commercial profession.
No day is the same, and that makes this role particularly interesting.
What we ask of you
We are mainly looking for someone who wants to develop and brings energy. You recognize yourself in the following:
- Commercially and communicatively strong, you easily make contact and think in solutions.
- Curious and eager to learn, you want to learn how sales and logistics work.
- Initiative and perseverance, even when something is new, you pick it up.
- Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Living in the Aalsmeer / Schiphol region, convenient for daily collaboration.
Experience is a plus, but certainly not a must. Motivation and ambition are more important to us than a perfect CV.
